To Our Valued Clients,
We have once again had to update our policy with regards to our online booking and late appointment times.
Due to the overwhelming surge in NO SHOW cancellations, GHOST BOOKINGS and CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE, we have had to make some changes to the way we book our appointments. We will now require a $25 deposit for ALL appointments booked.
You are more than welcome to cancel, change and/or reschedule your appointments, however you must NOT do so within 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU DO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE SURRENDERED. Please be considerate when booking your appointments, while we understand unforseen circumstances can arise, two or more cancellations will result in a ban from booking future appointments.
If you have a hard time removing waterproof mascara or any glue that may be leftover from your strip lashes, chances are your lash tech will have the same issues... Not only that, but your waterproof mascara leaves a waxy buildup that will cause your new eyelash extensions to fall out much sooner than expected. This buildup will also create a chunky mess. So, Please remove ALL eye make-up before your appointment, OR feel free to come 15 MINUTES early and use the products we have put out in our washroom specifically for you to remove your makeup before we start your application...
